all data from query not displaying on report

Access 2003
I have created a query of data from sales by customer and service by
customer. Basically, I want to show all invoices billed to a customer, less
all service (our costs) and arrive at our net profit by customer. I already
have the query created and the report designed. The query is correct,
however, on the report, Access is only pulling 1 line item from each
customer. Why won't the rest of the line items display on the report? What
am I doing wrong?
Thank You!

Hi pjblueeyes3,

If the query is correct, you need to have some sorting/grouping on your
report. Have the customer details in a group header and the invoice details
in the "details" section of the report.

Thanks Damian. That part is solved! BUT, now I am seeing a new problem, and
I can only hope I explain it properly.

Now that I have moved that section to the "details", I am getting duplicate
lines. For example, we might bill a customer for their service once per
month, but actually go out and service their units 4 times that same month.
Therefore, I want it to pull the bill first, then the dates/amounts of
service next. What I am seeing is Access inserting the same monthly bill to
match EACH service line. I have tried playing with different options under
"properties" and "sorting/grouping" and if that is the problem, I'm not
getting the right combo of settings. I just want all of the invoices grouped
together first, then all of the service calls grouped together second. HELP!

Thank You!
