Ok, this is an interesting one for me.
Set up a bunch of new workstations last week. All were working fine --
Windows XP Pro, Offices 2003, file server with Win2K3. 5 days later, one of
the workstations is unable to modify any files on the server via office --
every time it opens a file, it is told the file is locked. Even tried
logging in as administrator -- same results. Open the same file on a
different workstation, all is well. The server says the file is opened for
write & read.
I'm at a loss -- it's just one workstation and it was working just fine all
the way through yesterday evening. Any ideas?
