One of my users has all items in her inbox show as read (not bold). If I
right mouse click on the message it indicates that it is unread but the
message has not yet been read. It only happens in the Inbox. If I move the
unread message to another folder, it then appears bold.
Has anyone run in to this and do you have a fix.
