All my toolbars dissapeared. Only the document with no toolbars

All my toolbars dissapeared and I mean all of them. Not any, only the
document with no toolbars. I tried opening different documents and they are
all the same. How do I get them back? There is no file, view, edit nothing.
If I open a new email message in outlook using MSword as my editor it is the
same except for the Outlook toolbar that is there send, reply and such.
