All of a sudden I can't create new pages in my OneNote 2007 folder

It's a fully activated program and not read-only. I double checked both those
possibilities. It has worked fine for months and I use it a lot. Today, all
of a sudden, the "New Page" tab is grayed out and nonfunctional and likewise
on the File/New pull-down menu. The same for all my tabs and folders in
OneNote.

I couldn't find any online solutions. I'd appreciate any help!
