When i try to open any of my previously saved word documents a message
appears saying that the file is unavailable. Then when i try to close word it
says the "file normal already exists, do you want to replace the existing
file?" after clicking no, i try to exit again and it says "changes have been
made that affect the global template, Normal. Do you want to save those
changes?"
I have no idea what to do or how to access any of my files!
