I have been searching the FAQ's and cant find the answer
to this one . . . For the primary page of my website I
want to put a banner across the top of it. However, the
graphic that I am using for the banner refuses to stick to
the edges of the page. there seems to be some sort of
permanent margin that is keeping it from being flush
against the left and top borders. does anyone know how
allign a border so that it sticks to the edges? Thanks.
