allow distorcion on pictures in pixels can i do it?

i need to rezise pictures but they need to be in a size distorded like 750 x
950 pixels can u do that in microsoft picture manager.

Have you tried?
Select the image you want to resize, on the taskpane click "export pictures", click
resize.

Hi Lingo,

Unfortunately, MS Office Picture manager maintains
the aspect ratio when resizing. You can only resize
either height or width and it computes the other
one for you.

You can use a graphics editing package
such as http://www.irfanview.com to do manual resizing.
