Allow for Print Options

I can't figure out how to allow my webpage users to
choose their print options, such as "as laid out on
screen" and "selected text." How do I do this? and how
can I prevent the text on my webpages from being cut off
when printed?

In IE, they should choose Print from the File menu, and
then click the Options tab. Other browsers will, of
course, vary.

This is pretty tough, given the wide range or printers and
print settings the visitors are likely to have. I suggest
either:

o Designing for either the most common or the worst
case, and throwing responsibility on the visitor
in other scenarios. (At some point, if the printout
looks bad, the Web visitor needs to correct settings
locally.)

o Reviewing your process to with an eye toward making it
paperless.

Okay, but when I go to Print, then Options, the options
cannot be selected. Is there any way I can specify this
when I'm designing my webpage.

No, the visitor remains in control of print settings on their computer.
