Analyze Timephased Data

Good day - I follow the steps:

1: On the VIEW menu, point to TOOLBARS, and then click ANALYSIS

On the sub-drop from TOOLBARS, there is no choice for Analysis (the word
ANALYSIS does not appear). I've searched up and down for something that
would turn it on/off but with no luck. I am using MSP Standard 2003 SP1.
