animation and sound clip art in Word

I wanted to use some animation and sound clip art in word,
like you would in PowerPoint. Is it possible to do that
and if so, what do I need to do so that a viewer looking
at the document online to see the animation or hear the
sound. If not, is there some other way I could do this so
that office users could get the motion and sound?

Hi Lucy,

You can embed an .AVI object (player) in Word and
click it to play and the save with .WAV files, but
GIF animations et al only work in Word when you
save the file as a web page.

Had hoped they'd have that working in Word for the 2003
version, but it didn't happen, again.
