Animation Question

I have a PowerPoint slide with two objects placed about 1 1/2 inch apart,
side by side. I need to have an arrow pointing from the left to the right
object, and an arrow pointing from right to left. They need to be animated,
so that they are moving back and forth from right to left to right.... for
the arrow pointing to the right, and the opposite motion for the other arrow.
I can not figure out how to do this using PowerPoint 2002.

I think I understand your questions.

The animation you will want to choose is Wipe Right and Wipe Left: (Slide
Show > Custom Animation > Add Effect > Entrance). Once you have select the
Wipe animation, you can use the animation drop down menu to select the Timing
option. Once in timing, choose the number of times you want the arrows to
repeat.
