I've copied slides from other presentations with ANIMATION that works, but
one they're in my presentation...NO ANIMATION...what have I done wrong?

I've even created new slides with new animation...the preview works just
fine but when I go into presentaion mode...NO ANIMATION...what gives????

What version of PPT are you using? Perhaps these are PPT 2002/2003
animations run in PPT 2000 (which could leave you with no animations)...

Docarazzi,
Check something for me: Go to Tools--> Options--> Edit tab. Are any of the
bottom three boxes checked? (These are the ones in the area marked "Disable
new features".) If they are, uncheck them and see if the animations work
now.

Be sure the animation option isn't turned off.
Slide Show > Set Up Show > Show without animation (uncheck)
