I have MS 2000 SR-1 Standard and Microsoft XP on my system. At work I have
the Business version. On the business version I can do animation, on the
home one I can only do very basic animation. Is there a download to allow
full animation?

New animation features were introduced in PPT 2002 (aka PPT XP). PPT 2000
doesn't have these. There is no download to add that functionality -- you'd
have to upgrade to get it.
