Annoying Flicker

What can I do to identify the cause and remove this
annoying screen flicker I have when using FrontPage
2002? It only happens when using FrontPage, and no other
programs. I have already tried to go the 'repair' route,
but to no avail.
When I make any page page changes, the screen flickers
for some time, during which I have to wait for it to stop
before I can make any more changes.
I have a dell p4 1.9ghz, 512mb RAM, running winXPPro

Curious. I'd run Windows Update and install everything it
recommends, especially anything related to DirectX or
video drivers.

You might also want to check Dell's Web site or the video
chip manufacturer for driver updates.
