another template problem - form protection not working

have set up a template which contains form fields and have protected the
form however when the template is opened (as read only) all the user has to
do it click the unprotect form button?? obviously I do not want them to be
able to do this, how do I "lock" it properly?

You'll need to add a password.

Oh, thanks very much. Had a password added but stupidly was to mark changes
and not "forms".
