Any way to remove misspelled words from dictionary?

If you add a word to the dictionary that is misspelled is there a way to
remvove it?

I am starting medical school and trying to add medical words to it for
further use.

Go to Tools, Options, Spelling and grammar, Custom Dictionaries, Select
the Dictionary and click on the Modify button.

Also using Word, Help, "Edit dictionary word" will provide direction to
the above.
