Apostrophes and quotes are squares

I have regularly subscribed to a newsletter that arrived OK at m
Hotmail account, but now since I receive it in Outlook 2003 it's loade
with little squares that have replaced apostrophes and quotation marks.
I have never had this problem with any other emails that I have receive
in Outlook 2003. Just this one newsletter. Is there anything that
can do to fix this problem? Any suggestions would be greatl
appreciated.

Contact the newsletter sender and ask if they are using a particular
encosding option that does not display correcty in OUtlook.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
