apostrophes don't show on the web

When I post my presentations on the web my punctuation doesn't display
properly. Instead of apostrophes I get small question marks on a black
background. This also happens with question marks and commas. Any suggestions?

Sounds like the "smart quotes" are not converting properly. I've seen this
with Word documents pasted in on the Web. If you change your autocorrect
options to "straight quotes" and run a search and replace for the
apostrophes, that should clear up the problem.
