Application is not reponding

I tried to email a small video clip and it came back
undeliverable. The file that was sent back to me was 61
MB ! When I open Outlook, the application sees the last
email recieved and it is that 61MB file. When I try to
move the mouse the application indicates that the
application is not reponding. I can not gain access into
any Calander,or any folders that I have set up ??
Please advise.
