Apply default working hours retrospectively

Hi,

I have made a project plan with N resources each working
for 7 hours a day (an oversight ofcourse!). I would like
to retrospectively update the working hours of all
resources for all days to 8 hours per day?

What is the best way to do this without having to
recreate the plan / resources?

Hello Amal,
First of all, you copy all your Duration field in a personal field like Text1.
Then you go to Tools / Options / Calendar : Hours per day : 8; hours per week : 40
Then you copy back your Text1 durations in the Duration field.
