Apply page layout and font style to every document in a folder

Is it possible to apply page layout and margins and font size to every
document in a shared network folder for any user that opens the document
without sharing a template?

Hi Joel,

One oway is to write a macro which will change the base template for all
these documents.

Other option is, create a Word template, format it as per your requirements,
ask this each user to copy this to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11

After this you can open the file and ask the user to change the 'Attached
template path' to this template.

After a document is created,changes to its template's document/section
properties, such as margins, headers/footers, and page orientation, have has
no effect on the document similar properties. So to make those kinds of
changes, a macro that can open each document in the folder and make the
changes is needed. You can ask for help with that in a VBA group.
