Applying Tracked-Changes from Multiple Doc's

I've used Tracking-Changes for a long time, but am drawing a blank on
something... Please help !

I sent out a doc (MyDoc_vD.doc) to several reviewers.

One reviewer sent back changes, which I accepted/cleared and then saved the
file as MyDoc_vE.doc.

Another reviewer sent back their feedback - how do I apply their changes to
vE of the doc ?

In Word 2003, if I type "merge changes" into the Answer Wizard, the first
topic listed is "Merge comments and changes from several reviewers into one
document." This Help topic described how to use the Tools | Compare and
Merge Documents command.
