Appointment + background

Hello:

I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to set up the background of an
Appointment. I know its possible to insert images and stuff, but is it
possible to set up a backgroud for an appointment?

I don't think so since appointments are sent over the Internet typically as
iCal files which carry no background or formatting info
