Archive

I already have an archive folder containing files I need
to keep. If I want to archive new files from my inbox or
sent box, do I archive in the normal way? Will a NEW
archive folder be created or will the new files be
somehow added to the existing folders in the existing
archive folder?

And to answer the second part of the question, the archive file is
appended to each time you archive -- nothing is overwritten.
