Archiving e-mails

I'd like to save e-mail messages on our server. We haven't
been able to do that. I received some instructions for
saving the e-mails as .pst files from support.microsoft.
The instructions say to click Services from the Tools
menu. This option did not appear when I weht to Tools. How
do I call up this option? I have Windows 98.

Your version of Windows is not important. Your version of Outlook is.
