Has anyone had problems with Outlook losing data during the archiving
process? We have a user that is using Outlook 2002 and if we attempt
to archive items older than 8 months (for example) they just
disappear. The folders of his inbox are always copied over, just not
the messages. We have no idea where his email is going. Anyway, we
need to get this figured out because he is refusing to archive and we
are having to give him a mailbox of 1GB. We dont do this however for
just anybody, but this guy can fire us!
