Arrow Style work in Publisher?

This is under the FORMAT Toolbar - and whenever I try to add an arrow they
are "grayed" out.

You have to have a line selected... Draw a line, select the line, click the line
tool or right-click "format autoshape", select the looks you want.

There are arrows in autoshapes.

Try this....in your left pane...
Click the Arrow button and then left
click / drag an arrow on your screen

Now...go to the Format toolbar and
select Arrow Style.
