Asking User credentials when closing outlook/synchronization

Hi
My Environment is Exchange 2000 and Outlook 2000. For my Laptop users (With
W2k Professional OS), who
use the Synchronization feature, I configured "When Online, Synchronize all
folders upon exiting". Synchronization is going well. But most of the times
it asks user credentials (user name, password, domain name) when closing
outlook. Even though I give my correct password also, it pop ups again and
again. If I click on cancel, 5 or 6 times then it goes. Can anybody help me
please
