asp page not rendering

I made a very simple form with a one-line text box on it and saved the
results to a text file.

This worked fine.

I then changed the properties of the form to save it to a database and
allowed the wizard to make a database and a connection.

After publishing it I attempt to see it with my browser it hangs up.

Any ideas?

Mcafee's got something similar too. Good call, I remember thinking some
..asp stuff just "wouldn't work" locally, till I found it and turned it off.
it was mcafee that got me.
