assign a macro to clipart word 2007

I have been assigning macros to active x buttons (the only ones I can find
are in ''control, legacy tools) but now would like to assign a macro to a
clip art button on the document. Instead of a standard button icon I am
trying to add a print icon beside sentences with an icon of a printer and
then assign a macro to it. I beleive that I would have to make the clip art a
button first?
I'm not sure where to go, any help would be appriciated

thanks

Try a macrobutton field with the clipart as the prompt.

Sorry Graham, you've lost me. I'm not sure where to start with this. I must
admit, Excel is easier for these types of things but Word intrigues me.
