Is it possible to assign such steps?
As I recall (vaguely) it is, but not necessary.
Rightclick your menu bar or any visible toolbar, choose Customize (sic) from
the pop-up. Choose the Commands tab, and the Data category.In the Commands
window, scroll down till you see "Form ...". Click & drag this to your menu
bar. Back in the dialog, click Modify Selection. Edit the Name so it reads
"For&m..." (w/out the quotes). Press Enter.
Close the Customize dialog. Unless you've other custom accelerators, you
should be able to invoke Data -- Form with ALT+M.
