Assigning Resources at 50%

Hi and thanks for the help. I am using Project 2007. When I assign one
resource at 50% it automatically assigns all of the resources at the same
time and at 100%. So, I get one person assigned as I want at 50% but all
others come along at 100%. I am using the button with two heads to do this
assigning. HELP~ Thanks!

Try Window/Split...
The resources will show in the bottom pane where you can make necessary
adjustements to the assignment %. Additionally, resources may be assigned
one at a time.
