We have MS Project 2000 with Project Central. We have a group of developers
that use Central to enter time on new development projects. We also have
DBA's that work on new development as well as provide DBA support for
existing software products.
For our basic support projects we have 10 DBA tasks that we need to assign.
We also have 3 DBA's and not sure who would be doing the task (based on
availability). In the past we have assigned all 3 DBA's to each task. This
causes us to put 3 times the hours for each task when making assignments,
which gives a misleading suport effort and costs.
Does anyone have a better way to do this?
