AssignmentsGet Method

We want to extract timesheet data from Project Server (2003) to feed a
billing system. PS has what we need -- number of hours per person per
project per week. Is the "AssignmentsGet" method in the PDS SDK what we
want? Has anyone used it? Any tricks or issues to be aware of? It looks
relatively straightforward, but then again so did Project Server before I
started working with it... :)
