howdy-
we would like to use the 'einstein' assistant like we had in office 2000 in
our new 2003 edition- when we try to choose him- he isn't in the gallery and
when i tried to find him online (not the best at that!) it said he wasn't
available???
can't be...

Simple answer. You can't. He isn't available. Now get over it and get a
life. There are really more important things to worry about than the Office
assistant.
