Attachment description in email body

I am using Outlook 2003. Is there a way to have make a
notation of the filename being sent as an attachment in
the body of the email? In other words, when I send an
email with an attachment, I would like to be able to file
the sent mail in a folder without the attachment but with
a notation/comment of the name of the attachment.

I'm not looking for a utility to remove attachments. I'm
looking for a way to automatically add text to an email
regarding the filename.

not by default. Mapilabs.com has a utility that removes attachments as do
several others - see

complete list.
