attachment icon / info when Ive printed my email msg

Hi,

When I print my email messages off in microsoft outlook 2003, they do not
show the pdf icon or list what attachments i have sent.

I know there is a patch for this - can anyone tell me what it is ? or give
me any further info.

There is no patch - it is dependent on the message format. What format is
the message received in? Note - RTF messages always print the message icon.

Thanks Milly for your quick reply, unfortuately there is an update or
something that I downloaded about 6 months ago - my computer has just crashed
and ive had to reinstall everything from scratch and I cannot remember where
I got the update/patch from - which enabled me to view whatever attachment I
sent in any format.

It's not as simple as a patch. You either have to have the program that
created the attachment or a viewer that can read that format. It's not a
feature of Outlook.
