Attachment -- MS Word

I got email (with Word as attachment) from friends. They produced the
Word documents with MS Office 2003 (PC version). Unfortunately, I could
not open the documents from Entourage (MS Office 2004). The error
stated that it might be invalid Word format. Is there something wrong
with my Office setup?

I solved it. It was due to partially download the message (from IMAP
account).
