Not exactly. However, you can choose Save As and save the slide as a JPG if
you only need a static picture of the slide. Alternatively, you can make a
copy of the presentation and delete all the other slides and send the
copied presentation with only one slide. But there is no way, in one quick
step, to send just one slide.

Maybe you cannot directly send just single slide from your
presentation. You must seperately save this slide to a file to attach
in email.

BTW if you have some external contents such as background music, you
must package these external files in correct relative path with your
presentation. Alternatively you can transform it to other formats for
example Flash to make all content in single file. Some presentation
tools can do this for ya:
