attachments being copied into hidden folder

Hi,
I am working with XP, Office 2003 Small business. I send out lots of
attachments to clients however every time I send out an Excel file obviously
a copy is made in a hidden folder - when I reach BOOK.2005 (99) I can no
longer send it and have to copy it and save it under a different name then I
can resend it. A message does come up but I live in Itlay and won't write
down what it says in Italian - basically that I can no longer attach that
file. Is there any way I can stop the files being stored in this way as it
is really annoying as every 2-3 weeks I have to rename the file - I will
arrive at a point where I have to give it some ridiculous name. I have gone
through communities Italy but they have not replied,
help please!!!!

I replied you in italian newsgroup for Outlook
(microsoft.public.it.office.outlook).
Maybe it is a problem related on how you manage documents and send them, but
let's go more in deep in thread on that newsgroup (maybe more easy to
explain in Italian, and better to understand in case of error messages)
