attachments being deleted automatically

Since downloading Microsoft updates Outlook Express
automatically deletes all attachments. Any ideas how to
sort out.

It doesn't delete it it removes access to it;
Tools-> Options-> tab Security-> option Do not allow attachments...

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office

I had same problem, got as far as the security tab but cannot find the the
option 'do not allow attach..' ???
