authorization for office xp

Can't seem to get Office XP to get authorization over the internet for one of
my computers. One system does and the other not. Have downloaded the latest
service packs for Office XP Professional. It is realy strange because it
authorized on the second computer I put in on, but not the first. I have
done a remove and replace on both systems and in differing orde, but it only
authorizes on one and not the other.

Are you using the same cd and registration number for both computers? If so
you can only authorize one computer. You have to have a different
registration number for each computer.
