I did mean archive. For example, after a certain period (modified before xx
date), I would like all "old" files to go to a certain folder - call
"Archives" or "Old Files," for example.
There is no Archive option for Office, or any other files.
You 'may' be able to achieve this with a specific Backup application.
Other than that you would probably have to write a script to achieve this
VBA, maybe dos/batch file also
You could simply do a search in eg My Documents, using the date option, then
simply move files elsewhere.
I guess it would depend on how often you wish to impliment and how many
files are involved.
