Type the replacement and apply italics to it. Select that text and then open
the AutoCorrect Options dialog. Just above the replacement in the middle of
the dialog, click the "Formatted text" option button. The replacement should
now appear in italics in that box. Enter the word to be replaced, and click
the Add button.
