auto directing incoming email to folders

Is it possible to auto-direct email coming from server x to folder x and from
server y to folder y? If so, how?

Yes, use Wizard Rules and set the condition "received through specific
account"

Tools-> Rules and Alerts (Outlook 2003)
Tools-> Wizard Rules (previous versions)
