Auto e-mails linked to tasks & milestones

I am using MS Project 2003 & Outlook. Is there a way in MS Project to have
e-mails auto-send to assigned resources (as reminders for starting &
finishing tasks & milestones)?

No, I'm sorry Project 2003 does not have that capability built in.

However for a possible solution see the Email Notify macro information
