You could create a resource called "Milestones" and assign that to each milestone with zero work. They will then all be grouped under Milestones.

Hello Tammy,
I assume you mean you are seeing the milestones under the
grouping "Unassigned" in the Resource Usage view. This is
expected if you do not assign resources to the milestones (and I
personally do not).
Unfortunately it does not appear that a simple filter for Name <>
"Unassigned" works. The only way I could hide the tasks was to
drop a Flag field and set the milestone tasks to "Yes" and then
filter for Flag1= "No".
