Auto Fill-in Business Info

B

I use Outlook 2002 and I was wondering if it is possible to set multiple
contacts from the same location without entering in the information
repeatedly.

For example, I have 3 friends that all work at the same place, can I set it
up so that once I enter in the business info for one, it will fill it in
automatically for the other two? I don't mean to sound lazy, but their
office keeps changing fairly often, therefore, I have to go in and change
all 3 everytime, it would be much easier to change it in once place.

Thanks

Fill out the first contact, then use Actions->New Contact from Same Company.
