Auto Format a Number

Is there a way to format a cell so that when you enter a whole number it moves
the decimal left 2 positions.

Ex: If I enter 152 it shows as 1.52 after it's entered.

Dennis, here is one way, but it will change it for all sheets, tools,
options, edit, check fixed decimal places, 2
